Organic Myco Zen is a blend of two mushrooms: lion’s mane, known as the ‘Priest’s Mushroom’, and reishi, known as the ‘Spirit Mushroom’. This is a traditional blend revered for its ability to calm and nourish the ‘Shen’, or spirit.
